Nancy Ellen Rowe, formerly Nancy Ellen Winters, peacefully passed away on January 13, 2024, in Norwich, NY. She was born on July 19, 1950, in Patterson, NJ. Nancy dedicated several years of her life working as a registered nurse at Cortland Regional Medical Center before retiring.
Nancy will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by her surviving family members and friends. She is survived by her loving children: Heather (Jonathan) Bagley-Rowe of Marina, CA, Kirsten (Al) Pagan of Binghamton, and Shawn (Rebecca Knickerbocker) Rowe of South Otselic. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Nathan and Theodore.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was predeceased her brothers Don Winters and Glenn Winters.
A Memorial Service to honor and celebrate the life of Nancy Ellen Rowe will be held at the United Methodist Church of South Otselic located at 102 Clarence Church Road, South Otselic, NY on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 1:30 p.m., with Pastor Melanie Simmons officiating.
Nancy's kind heart, compassionate spirit, and dedication to caring for others will forever be remembered by all those whose lives she touched. May she rest in peace knowing she made a positive impact on the world around her.
