Nancy M. Cruikshank

Nancy M. Cruikshank, 75, of Pitcher, NY, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2020, at her home, while surrounded by her family.

Nancy was born in Syracuse, NY, on December 18, 1944.  Prior to her retirement, she had been employed at Cortland Corset Company for many years.  In 1961, she married Larry Cruikshank, Sr., who predeceased her in 1999.  Nancy enjoyed watching the birds and the wildlife from the back window of her home in Pitcher.

She is survived by her daughter, Tracy Straight of Pitcher; and her grandchildren, Tricia (Steven Scovell) Straight of Corvallis, OR, and Timothy (Trelanea) Straight, Jr. of South Otselic.  She also leaves behind a sister, Kathy Austin of Cape Coral, FL.

In addition to her husband of 38 years, she was predeceased by a son, Larry Cruikshank, Jr. in 2016; a brother, Jerry Yerger, and a son-in-law, Tim Straight, Sr.
