Lois I. Fox

Lois I. (Marion) Fox, 91, of Dryden, NY, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2021, at the Groton Community Health Center, Groton, NY.

Lois was born in the Town of Solon, NY, on September 28, 1929, the daughter of the late Lester and Nita Hall Marion.  A longtime resident of the area, she was a member of the Dryden Historical Society.  Throughout her life, she enjoyed gardening and traveling, and helping her husband, Robert Fox, on the family farm and in his lawnmower repair business.

She is survived by her children, Susan Fox, of Tucson, AZ, and Terry (Cathy Bridge) Fox of Waterville.  She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Jeffrey Fox, Sandy Fox, Tracey Pierson, and Sherry Daniels; and a sister, Shirley Dickens of both Newfield and Venice, FL.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 66 years, Robert G. Fox, on January 4, 2015.

A graveside service will be held at the Taylor Rural Cemetery in the spring of the year.  There will be no immediate services.
