Lloyd A. Fox

Lloyd A. Fox, 66, of Cincinnatus, NY, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. 

Lloyd was born in Cortland, NY, on December 26, 1958, the son of the late Gordon and Yvonne Elser Fox. He was a cherished member of his community and a devoted family man whose presence will be profoundly missed. Lloyd was a dedicated member and deacon of the First Baptist Church of Cincinnatus, where he contributed to the spiritual well-being of many. He retired from Raymond Corporation in Greene after many years of service, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and friends. 

For over 37 years, Lloyd shared his life with his beloved wife, Tina Lee Fox. Together they built a life filled with love and support, which extended to their son, Matthew Fox, who resides in Myrtle Beach, SC. Lloyd was not only a devoted husband and father but also a caring brother. He is survived by his brothers Gordon J. Fox of Syracuse, Gregory Fox of California, and Paul (Rose) Fox of Marathon. His stepmother, Sharon Fox of Marathon, also holds his memory dear, in addition to many aunts, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Funeral services for Lloyd will be held at the First Baptist Church of Cincinnatus on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. with his pastor, Reverend Mark Brown officiating. Burial will be at Taylor Rural Cemetery in the spring. A period of visitation will take place at the church on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the start of the service at 12:00 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Lloyd may be directed the First Baptist Church of Cincinnatus Sunday School Fund, c/o Jeff Blanchard, P.O. Lloyd A. Fox leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and strong faith that will forever be remembered by his family, friends, and community.
