Joan A. Baker

Joan A. Baker, 78, formerly of German, NY, passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at the Willow Point Nursing Home, Vestal, NY.

Joan was born in the Town of German, NY, on May 30, 1943, the daughter of the late Paul and Alice Nelson Baker.  She was a member of the German Baptist Church.  Prior to her retirement, she had worked as a nurse's aide for the Johnson Nursing Home, Cincinnatus, for over 20 years.

She is survived by her nephew, James (Michele) Baker of Florida; and nieces, Julie Baker of Washington and Alice King of Florida.

In keeping with the wishes of the family, there will be no services.  Private burial will be held at the Westview Cemetery, German, NY.
