Jeanette (Marion) Larkin, 96, of Cincinnatus, NY, passed away at her home on Sunday, October 6, 2024, while surrounded by her family.
Born in Midvale, NJ, Jeanette was the daughter of the late Claude Marion, Sr. and Emma Ricker Marion. She had attended St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. She retired from Rubbermaid when the company closed it's Cortland plant and had previously worked at the Artistic Weaving Company in Pompton Lakes, NJ. In her sparetime, Jeanette served as a volunteer for the Cortland Country Music Park.
She is survived by her children, Judy Henry of Cincinnatus, Bruce (Vanessa) Brobeck of Cinnaminson, NJ, George (Darlene) Brobeck of Homer, JoAnn (John) Zwier of Delran, NJ, James (Kim) Keastead of Mansville, NJ, and Mary Lou Wasko of Guyton, GA. She also leaves behind a sister, Marie Kenyon of Willet; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husbands, Michael Wasko and Bernard Larkin; a sister, Evelyn Moen; and brothers, Robert, Claude, Jr., Richard, and Donald Marion.
A graveside service will be held at the Willet Cemetery at a later date and time. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Jeanette may be directed to the Cortland County Music Park, P.O.
