Jane Louise Frink

Jane Louise (Cass) Frink, 85, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at her home, while surrounded by her family.

Jane was born in Cincinnatus, NY, on March 22, 1938, the daughter of the late Thomas and Cornelia Nora Brown Cass.  She was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Cincinnatus.  Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a school teacher for the Valley Stream Central School for 30 years.  She had also worked at Brauth Center for Management for six years and the Center for New Careers at OCM BOCES, Cortland.  In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling and was proud to have visited 35 different countries.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Zane Frink; and her adopted family, Michael Zane (Maria) Frink of Berkshire, Cindy Rose (Dennis) Frink of Vail, AZ, and Alan Wayne (Christine) Frink of Pitcher.  She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Braden (Kristin) and Brent (Susan) King, Nadine (George) Frink, Eric (Sarah) Frink and Deanna (Zachary) Frink; her great-grandchildren, Caleb James & Allison Rose King, Barrett Zane and Corey William Phillips, Finley Michael and Charley Elizabeth Frink, Lana Rose and Landon Alan Gerald; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services for Jane will be held at the First Baptist Church of Cincinnatus on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, with her pastor, Reverend Mark Brown officiating.  Burial will be in Taylor Rural Cemetery at a later date.  The family will be present to receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until the start of the service at 6:00 p.m.  Expressions of sympathy in memory of Jane may be directed to the First Baptist Church of Cincinnatus, 2608 Baptist Avenue, Cincinnatus, NY 13040; St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O.
