The family wishes to thank Dr. Salmon and Dr. El Hassan, Mary Doss, Cheryl and the lovely ladies who helped so much, particularly this last year. We are also eternally grateful for the honorary Slocums, Jennie Ference, Susan Cave and Dorothy Griep whose kindness and dedication meant so much to Mom and also to her dear friends who called and sent cards.
