Christopher Lynn Strauff, 61, of Homer, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 27, 2024.

This led to a professional career which enabled him to travel throughout the United States, Central America, and Europe performing on military bases and other venues as an employee of the Department of Defense. The highlight of his career was performing at the inauguration of President Herbert Walker Bush.
Chris also played music for many years in the Middle Atlantic states and Northern Virginia, being selected by his peers as the outstanding drummer in that region.

After moving to New York State, Chris attended TC3, graduating with honors with a degree in Computer Technology.
Chris enjoyed working on modifying and restoring motorcycles. He and his brother enjoyed riding through the beautiful upstate New York countryside.
He is survived by his mother, Judith Strauff; a brother, Bradley A. Strauff; aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as his loving dog, Bear.
