Agnes Mary Warfield, 92 of Englewood, FL passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at North Port Pines Assisted Living Facility.
Born on September 2, 1922 in Cortland, NY to Maurice and Mary (Reagan) Phalen, Mrs. Warfield was a LPN and worked in the Cortland Hospital and retired from McGraw Central School System in 1983. She then moved to Englewood in 1984. She was a saxophone musician who enjoyed playing with the Venice Concert Band and the Charlotte County Concert Band. Agnes was also a member of the Fun Chorus for a number of years.
She is survived by her four children: Margery Talutis of Cincinnatus; Anne (William) McCord of Hopewell Junction; Marilyn Talutis of Englewood, FL; and Michael Talutis of Englewood, FL. She also leaves behind a sister: Margaret Pendell of Marathon; stepchildren: Virginia (Greg) Mullins of Scottsville; Rick (Cindy) Warfield of Marathon; Kenneth (Inez) Warfield of Anaheim, CA; six grandchildren, two great-granddaughters, two nieces, one nephew and several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Warfield.
A private graveside service will be held at the Marathon Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
